Hubstats body by bstya_elvtars, based on DarkMind's appropriate part by Tuben.
March 23-2008:
On request from ?LL?L?L??nG? Rewrote for the new Api by [NL]Daddy-Bear?
Added some little thinks for the Eye and it shows in main by settable interval.

This part of the forum is whit scripts for the Ptokax 3.4.0 and up.
So it?s written in the new Api.

Can this script be a little updated to return user's uptime on command ?
For example, on command +uptime <nick> will return his uptime.

Jan 23 2010   Added the store of the time and date that the Hub uptime is broken.
      Some layout change and few others small ones.
      Posted on request from [DFA-Vip]Nando.
