Title: I need a script aganist slotlocker
Post by: Caleblost on 05 February, 2004, 13:14:13
I need a script who ask (like dc list check) to new user connection into the hub an inexistant file named "gtykewq.exe".
When the answer of user client is : No slots avaiable
the user must be banned from the hub with this message :

"You can't use slotlocker here"

I'm not able to write it in lua language i will try to learn it.....

Thanks for your help.

P.S. Obviusly the right answer would be "File not avaiable" :-)

Hi,

correct me if I am wrong, but the only thing scripts can do actively is sending out search requests. The rest of what script does is searching in the client - hub communication for something to react on.

This "No slots available" is part of the client - client communication and because of this you can't see it with a script.
Because of same reason (client - client com.) you can't load with a script, neither filelists nor files (obviously the same  :)  )

Using dc++k is the best solution for your problem.
Last time I had a stealth user with slotblocking enabled in my hub I was able to detect him with dc++k (dc++k CDM 2.6x).

When i use dc++k and i check users my connection drop.

I don't know why i don't use any other script.....

I downloaded dc++k 0.276
