sorry but it sounds a bit weird so i'm not gone make/send you sutch a script.
there are other way's 2 solve the problem.
1) use pm filters (replaces bad words or fully kills pm's or kick the user).
2) filter out all pm's so they have 2 use mainchat.
3) there are bot's around with so called snooping, if some1 reports sutch a thing you can use it 2 just check the reported user.
