I was wondering if it is possible to make a script that
users only can download from other users who don't have more share than the downloader himself.
For example: a user has 5 gig share, the script will onley let the user download from other users who has 5 gig share or less.
(sorry for my bad english, i'm still learning)

there are a couple scripts which come pretty close 2 your request.
try the search option 2 find the 1 you like most and request your mod there.
