Hi,

If i understood your Hub only accept regged people, right ?? If yes the only way they are entering is by a registered nick.

ok..apparently some users are staying in the hub,without registering..
all they do is ask the other user can i have a slot please
they then gain access to download without registering...

Hi,

Well you can use a script to block downloads to unreg users, that way the can't make download from any user, even if they gain access.

well, it's actually simple, u know the hub situation: only registered users have their downloads enabled, nonregged ppl cant download cuz of that.. now there's this trick ppl use a lot here: they just ask nd beg for slots from other users, nd when they get one granted, it doesnt matter if they are regged or not, they just download.. a while ago, a friend of mine (nonregistered!!) asked me to grant him a slot, nd he just started downloadin..

Probaly DC sends another String when they do Grant-Slots, will check it out. By the way can you post the script that you use to block downloads.
