I need a script for ptokax which takes the 10 newest releases of this site... http://www.nfoz.de/nfoz/rss.php
every 15 minutes...

for example output in hub in this form:

1 [Rel] [13.08. | 14:02 Uhr] VAPS.SUITE.V6.3-NNISO - http://www.nfoz.de/nfoz/news.php?ax=v&n=2&id=2&nid=1875
