Title: how can i restrict some isp?s in my hub?

the problem is that i want to restrict inTernational (ip?s -isp`s )in my hub, how can i do that?

I remeber seeing a database on what IP ranges that belonged to what ISP. Anyway if you get that information, you can simple add those ISP IP-ranges that you don't want to acces your hub by adding them to a firewall or using a IP block script
