my freinds hub is running RC8.0 , with the ptokax s/ware in the title, in the right click>RC>NORMAL all the options are listed twice

not like

command 1
command 1
command 2
command 2
etc

but like

command 1
command 2
command 3
command 4
command 1
command 2
command 3
command 4
etc

from the top command of "show all your available info"
down to "back after an away" which all in is a list of 19 commands that repeat at the end of the first 19,
i would appreciate any help poss as ive searched the board up and down for a solution ,

The thing is that the rightclick script sends you the menu every time you connect = you will have several list of the commands. The only thing you can do is to restart your DC client.

the hub owner has just rebooted and has the list x4 now, so is the connect attemts stored some where, as the hub seems to be keeping record, forgive ignorance as i aint got the hub i just op in it and cannot check much first hand, again any help appreciated,

Neither the hub or the script keeps records. The script sends the menu trough the hub to the client. Each time you connect to the hub with your client, the script will send the menu, which you will after a will have several lists of commands. What I meant with restarting your DC client, I meant that the users experience this double sets of commands, should close down their DC client and then start it again, because it's the DC clients that keeps the record of the menu that is sent.

and try checking the forums from those clients.

some useing dc++ and some using DCDM
im gonna check the otha puter in my bros room in a min as i use dc++ 401 and he uses that other dc i mentioned, so ill see if he gets dups in a sec... brb

cant check RC rightclix in the hub that uses it the now as i somehow just got him banned for 15 mins lol, try soon and let u know :))

just noticed its all the RC rightclick options have dups on my pc with dc++401

If i complained about it I'd have a point too ...

I am sure that wine(PtokaX) is maturing and I am sure we are going to have an amazing feast with this .. ;)

the older it gets the greater the satisfaction .. but it we wont be satisfied until the ppl who own the barrels open them up to give it to us for free .. :)

I have no complaints really about the development is slow, but it would be nice if we could get news about the development now and then.

Plop, I'm not a expert on how ptokax works, but that info seems to show that the new ptokax will be pretty good (or maybe I'm wrong :P).

Plop, do you have any idea how far the development have gone? I mean, if you(if you know) or ptaczek should guess how much the development is finished in percentage, how much would that be?

a quick list, don't ask me for percentages.

done stuff:
a lot of small and big bugs fixed.
a lot of things are optimized.
things which deflood filters are build-in to ptokax.
upgrade from lua 4.0 to 5.0.2
the new settings from the hub are changeble from the scripts.
a bunch of new features added on request of us scripters (from my hub).
2nd port (was actualy done on 15.3x).
the port number used for UDP can be changed.
option 2 not sends the tag's from the clients 2 save bandwidth.
lua library support.

not yet done stuff:
the database.
the word replacer.
more searching for possible bugs on lua 5.0.2 needed.
some more feature requests from us scripters (some need 2 be discussed in more detail).
more global debugging.
