Title: RoboCop9 ERROR

I did all like it seas in the instal help. But when i launch RoboCop.exe ther is an ERROR  (http://seduxen.eclub.lv/ERROR.jpg)
How to fix this ERROR???   ;(

have you tried down loading the libary files and running it

I steel have the same ERROR. My windows is 2000 prof. Is there is another wey?
