Hi,

I am searching for a host with the following requesits:

- Working 24H per day;
- Windows as Operating System;
- I must have full access to the PC of the HOST;
- The connection must have at least 4MBit (upstream);
- The person who serves will be granted a Master level (of course);

it's a big ask, even some of the richest countries in the world (like mine) don't have more than 0.4 mbit upstream available to all.
