i want some one to program an advance chat system similer to www.heartchat.com , they told me that it's writin in perl or cgi, i don't know about it :P

Do you want this chat to run on PtokaX or your homepage?
PtokaX doesnt really support any php, pearl or cgi... only lua
if youre asking it for your homepage, then you are in wrong place...
