Hi , i think i saw a post by plop (hi plop) once , about a script that only allows regged users to download from Ops and a message to tell users to get regged b4 downloading from Ops. But i can find it not sure what it would be called

Surprisingly its called "download blocker" and it's by chilla, it's in the finished scripts section funny enough.
