hi all, i have no idea how to script, so i need your help please!

i am using ptokax 0.3.3.0 16.04 --> Lua5

I got two requestion/sugestions

is it possing to do scripts like in 'channel bot':
"news" to be able to write news in the hub
"?wassup" shows that last 'n' line in the main chat.
"?stats" shows the status of who talking more, how maybe smiles how many characters.

IMPORANT: and for hub security, the UPLOAD LIMITER control could help a lot
to block users who use uppload limiter setted on 1kb/s

would be grea to have it

If you would like to use a script like channelbot, use lawmaker or xsthetic (these 2 are available for new ptokax.)

For plain news, there is this (http://board.univ-angers.fr/thread.php?threadid=3692&boardid=26&styleid=1&sid=30029f903a900d8b4dbb1d64261c2394) thread to read and script to use. :)

ChatCtats by tezlo has not been converted yet, this also goes for mainchat history, however there's Chat History On Entry by Mutor (http://board.univ-angers.fr/thread.php?threadid=3667&boardid=26&styleid=1&sid=30029f903a900d8b4dbb1d64261c2394).

yep, i found that the XN8 got !history (=?wassup in Chan.Bot)

does XN got functions of upload limiter control?

some users put it on 1kb/s and i would like to block users who use limiter less then 5kb/s.
RoboCop got this function, but XN8.04 is REALY cool.
got lot of stuff. most AMAZING script i ever seen!

Not at the moment .. i will start adding more features and commands just as soon as all the bugs have been ironed out...

hi hawk!

is there is a possibility to edit the Fresh stuff script?
i want to make to be able to post more than 100 chars...

i tried to find something in the files, bt no luck...

if you gonna make some changes to it.. please add the ability to change settings of it.

and.. if you can... (i am sure you are, metter of time) change it so it will creat a txt file for each fresshstuff post.

ex: lets say i post a new stuff

[ !adds ##"the new stuff" ## "the info about new stuff, unlimited text" ]

and make it that {##"the news stuff"} will go to FreshstuffIndex.lst
and the ## "the info about new stuff, unlimited text"
will go to the /freshstuffFiles/fresh_#.txt (#=IDnum)

so when i type !shows, this will show me a list of ##"the news stuff"
and when i type !show # (ID number), this will show me the text of the ID.

this will be great. thanks in advance in anycase mate, hope you got time to work on it
