Hi,

I've search for a download blocker using the forum search but at the moment I can't find one that blocks by username. Is this possible?

What I am looking for is a script that is executed by a command such as !dblock that will then stop the user connecting to anyone else to download. Then maybe for a release such as !rblock to release the download (Is it $connectome?) block.

Thank you for any help in advance -- I'm not sure if I have explained it perfectly well so if you require any extra detail or clarification please reply. :)
