hi when i connect to my hub it starts like this

Wagwan, '?????M?? has entered the hub, welcome home.
Settings Profile Netfounder - Minshare: 0 GB, Minslots: none, Maxslots: none, Maxhubs: none, Slotshubsratio: none/none
Type !help to see the available commands for your profile.
Enhanced Right Click Support for [RoboCop] is available!
then here is the MOTD so basically you don't get to see the welcome message and i wanted to change it so its like any other hub if any of your understand can you please help me. thank you
