Print Page - starting the PtokaX

Title: starting the PtokaX

I downloaded the latest version of PtokaX and i have problems starting it.
On the first page i use my external ip and port 411.If i check and Start the hub i got this message of error:
If i uncheck the hub starts but with my network ip (internal) and cant connect with the real ip.

All my TCP ports are open.
What can i do?

Do you run norton antivirus? and if so did you get the message to accept the running of ptokax? because if you answered no by accident it won't run.

:( no.i have only Panda Antivirus and PtokaX is Allowed.Do you think that the firewall is the problem?
