I think to have a problem...     ?(
how never when mine admin close the PtokaX the recordings are be deleted?
with the versions previous to the 16,08 it did not happen!!   :(
on what it can depend?

the account of the user
in my hub they be deleted when my admin close the ptokax

thats odd, unless ur using 17.06, which was buggy(i think) when it was released, that shouldnt happen !!

what version of ptokax are you using?

i used PtokaX DC Hub 0.3.3.0 build 17.08 [debug] version with Robocop 10.01e

Yesterday the Ptokax has lost my registered account too

Do you have the Robocop User/database cleaner enabled? If so, for which profiles? Maybe that's the reason.
