I create a hub with the last version of
PtokaX and I can't connect to this hub with BlackDC

If I remember its something to do with a bug in BlackDC

BlackDC has no tag. You have to allow tagless clients.

OW and it sends some weird raws like $ClientID or what the hell. You better run this tiny script:
