Another Offline script, why? yeah why?

When a user is added as offliner,
e.g. addoffline , and when he goes offline,
then to all other offliners,
a new user is sent nick[OFFLINE],
if you send that user a message it will
be stored till he returns, and then sent to him.
check offlinehelp anyways

The allwanted script is updated and now even better

install, as op type offlinehelp to get help :)
