can anyone make me a script which checks for lag in the hub.eg when one types the cmd !lagcheck the bot will tell how many seconds the hub is lagging

this hub is lagging by 3 sec

most " Lag " experienced is not caused by the hub BUT by the user themselves maxing their connection out.
