i need a scrip that shows a users info when he/she is ofline

im using ptokax 3.3.21
and using ']['?RM???']['?R all in one bot

!userinfo [Nick]    --// Brief user info  Online and Offline
right click updated for next release ( type it in main chat for now).


!ipinfo [ip]           --// Ip info  online and offline ip's
