Hello i have a problem with a user that doesnt follow the hub rules.He uses random ip,s besides the first 4 numners
83.23 is the number in the adress which doesnt changes
this is the Ip range he uses the 3 last times
83.23.130.19
83.23.167.122
83.23.145.22
this isnt his real ip,s its just example
Can i ban the first 4 numbers??in the ip string?
I use the latest ptocax with the Guarding script

Don't ban a whole range due to a single user. You might lock out a huge ISP.
Well if i want then?I dont want this guy in my place,its annoying that he slips trow the ban if i dont ban the first 4 numbers in the string
Cant i ban the middle number then?
I will remove the ban after a week or so and hope that he found another place to annoy

Some isp's prefix users hostname with their mac address. You can lookup the hostname for the ip, and see if the mac address is in the hostname. THis ofcourse requires that the isp prefix the hostname with mac address. That way you will get rid of the user. But then he might switch to socks5 and your problem is back...
