I'm using:

Version: PtokaX DC Hub 0.3.3.21 [debug] built on Aug 1 2005 04:03:42

Is this the best version to use or is there a more advanced (stable) build?

Well, that was the last official released version, so it is indeed the most stable build, theoratically.
