Why is an interesting script but I wonder why not just make them an Op?

Well, this question should be done to those hub owners that use the script.

However, as you may have noticed, there's no need to create an extra profile and at the same time, every kick/ban can be logged for future reference.

Curious indeed, the thing is, is that you're giving them almost the same powers. Is there any KVIP script where you can limit the amount of kicks the VIP can do per a given time period?

Not really. They only have the permission to use a custom kick command.
Normal operators have far more inbuild commands [for more details, just use !help as one].

I'm not sure, but, I don't think so.
