working public hublist
i thought this would be a good thead to make i notices that a lot of hubs i op for use out of date hublists that are not around any more
so here is a list of working public hublist that are working if you want to add them to ptokax

I'm pretty sure you can take out dcinfo.sytes.net (homepage: http://www.dcinfo.org) as 99% of registration requests are thrown back, and it's refreshed (if you're lucky) 2-3 days or (like now) its 5 days... it's a wreck not a hublist. (and i haven't talked about the reasonless bans there...)
