There are several scripts that serve your needs.
Though, you could try 'Chatrooms'.
no i don't find this in chatroom this i want only vip chat with to add proflies my self who i want to use that vip chat same thing like robocop have same one can help me?

Chatrooms would do just fine ... just try it out and create 1 chatroom, name it VIP-Chat or whatever, and set up the profiles for it
...there are al lot of other features too so better give it a try :)
