i m in need of a script in which ppl who make a new hub can enter there hub name, hub adderess, hub operators on hub board in my hub.
so if some 1 wants to join a new hub he will simply have read thru this page and get all he wants
also can this be made such that if some 1 tries to adveritise in main or pm he should get a mesg to enter his hub name on this board and not to advertise openly.

Have you looked at the Hyperlink (http://www.darknexus.co.uk/scripts/page.php?23). Not specifically for hubs but can be used that way.

rincewind the script hyperlink is much greater than what i need, can u plzz reduce it to just 1 fixed category of hubs?
i.e users should be able to add just topics (which will be there hub links)
so i mean the command +linksubmit [Category]/[title]/[link]/[review]#
can it be to something like +hubsubmit [title]/[link]/[review]#
I'll amend it so that only specified profiles can create new categories and others can only submit to existing ones.
That should give you the result you require
