Title: Array Script for newest Ptokax that redirect by minshare of hubs!

Hi,
I need a Array Script for the newest Ptokax that redirect to hubs by Minshare & Time, so what I mean that a 1GB user never will be redirected to a hub that has a Minshare abouve 1GB. I hope that some one understand what I mean with this.
