i need a script who detect and kick ore say it to a op wen someone is in the hub who has limited his download. i mean the Downloadlimit from bcdc++ ore so

most the op bot's handle that fine.
but it's not full proof as the user can run in dc++ mode witch hides the limiter from the tag.
