my question is if sombory can make some scripts for block user with limiter
i am happy to have scripts for my hub and more security for many selfish user who use limiter
and i whant to block all this.

Blocking all users with limited connection is called 'human stupidity'. The limiting is an inbuilt feature of some clients: if you deny those users, they'll use other external programs that you can't regulate.

Limitation is _REQUIRED_ for some connection type...

Probably i cant explain my question
well i whant yo block user have speed limiter in to the hub
beacse i fine some user with speed limter 40 like this

thanks MUTOR i habe yuor good scripts UpLimit 1.0 L5.1.lua
now is working well

User can limit his connection speed to minimum 1024 Kb? Please say me where do you live, I want to move there.

I live in Spain and I wish I HAD the 40kbs upload that user is limiting himself to in the example given...
