Noticed when autoreg enabled reging as Reg but user is capable iof loading OP menu commands then kick ban and redirect grrr

Have to stop this bot b4 my hub disappears from serverslist :(

If you're not using the Default DiXBoT Profiles (http://dixbot.com/files/folders/misc/entry103.aspx), you would have to set the profile permissions per profile using the DiXBoT Manager (http://dixbot.com/files/folders/dixbot_manager/default.aspx).

i just overwrited profiles with Dixes and all looks fine - THANX!
