hi , could you make a script in which the user pm's the massmsg request to the massmsgbot and then an admin has to type 1(yes) or 2(no) to decide weather the request will me massmsged or not.
if an existing request is not yet handled new requests will not be shown to the admins untill current request is handled. and if there are multiple requests they will be handled one by one

is it possible if a user request a massmsg that it will show in op chat :P
