Title: Antiadv Warn -> kick -> ban feature

Hi Snooze,
             Please add a feature in the Antiadv section of Dixbot.

             After a Number of set warns (for eg :- 3 warns ) it should automatically kick users

             And after 3 kicks it should automatically ban users.

             Please look into it as it was a good feature in the old Dixbot.
