Hi Snooze,
I have Set Download and Search blocked for unreg users but still unreg users are able to download and search.
It Gives me notification that the user is blocked from downloading and searching but still i can see the user downloading.
I have attached two screen shots for you to refer.
Please look into it.

Heheh, oooh i am so happy and my love for DiXBoT has deepened as the Blocker bug is fixed.
