My topic multi lines are beeing shown every 100ms or so it's really fast and !help topic showed no commande for changinf the time, neither dxb Manager, please help :)

Also, i wanted to translate dx bot, and in an early version there was a menu for translations, such as messages receives when a users registers etc.

Although it's still gonne crazy i had to put in 1000 seconds so it changes only every 10 and yes the hub says 1000 seconds ^^ wierd
Ive had the same timing problems before with another script (Elf girls squabbling at full speed) but topic is ok on mine
