Title: Script to show User's nick Share Slots Hubs and IP

I need a script which would show the user, their nick, share, no. of slots they have opened, their IP, no. of hubs they are on when the user connects to the Hub... Like this
Welcome To the Hub of Gamers USER'S NICK
Your IP is XX.XX.XX.XX
Your Share Count is XX.XX GB/TB/MB/B/KB
You have opened XX slots
You are connected to XX Hubs.

My previous isn't yet answered still I expect this to be answered... So Thanks In Advance.
