ok my new game bot, this bot is a slot machine with style, i have some major plans for this, including weapons ;)

but its in testing stage of the main functions so alot is disabled for now, until i know others bits work, so first i want to find as many bugs or glitches, hope yous are willing to help ;)

this is only version 0.1 so enjoy the beta, and i will be updating as much as i get time ;)

There is a readme file included so do not ask what this bot does ;)

I must say Phatty, and it be so im new and easyli to impress but, this is great :)
i luagh my around the floor when i tested this, and the very nice thing is that you actully wins and buy a pie and throw it at a user:)
btw, this uzi against an OP...hope it doesnt work;)

well thx for quick reply, i have 3 more left to add, so far and i have changed uzi to shotgun he he he, the shotgun will disconnect an op, lol :D, i will also be adding rando messages etc :)

also users will be able to choose preferences :)

I installed this on my hub, it seems after the users use 6 spins, they get disconnected, is this an intended thing or a bug?

i found problem, its ptokax flood control, hmm there must be a way to switch it off :/ just tell users to keep swithing, 2 times type spin and then 2 s and repeat ;)

Banker, he will help you keep your coins up, by uses them on gambling, wether if someone will go bankrupt etc,

User Statistics - How many times you have been pied, shot etc, how many times you been killed, your top points, etc

Main Statistics - Last killed, max score, latest weapon bought and by who.

lifeforce function, being pied etc will drop your lifeforce, you need to buy food to increase back up otherwise it will disconnect you....and you will lose style points :)

lol ty its compiled for reasons tho, 1 is that some of it is in my game im working on, its a releasing game, c++, lua ai script, its pretty advanced so i had to compile,and, there is cheats, so you have to try find them ;)

there is one thing, ptokax td4 does not support OnExit, so send a pm to Bandit every now and then with command save

try then and remember !style is to be typed in main chat ;)

What about gambling our points...for the moment if you get 3x 2...it gives you 6 coins cause you bet 1 coin...what about betting 3 coins.....it will gives you 3 times more so:
bet 3 spin
2 - 2 - 2
Cool you won 18 coins (3x6), well done

yep i had been thinking about it, but atm i sticking to this for now, its a bit of a twat to write as it is :))

but thx for telling me, it will keep me thinking aout it now i know someone might actually like that, it will also have others games, not just a slot machine such as cards, that you can play against other bandit members ;)

actually I think that a game that will allow best players to have priority on downloads should be fun...
It will make the game very played by all the download fans :)
But I guess it's not possible or to difficult nop???
exemple:
every hour...the bot allow a priority slot to the best player of the past hour...possible???

I downloaded the 1.06 version of bandit...
by using the !version command I get this :

testing your script..I get this message in ptokax...:
Syntax Error: attempt to perform arithmetic on local `coins' (a string value)

You're right, it was the flood control that did it so no worries.

How do users gain more coins once they run out.  They've been creating new names, and oooh I see a onate is up so I'll have to test that out too.

anyway...
Got probs with 1.08 version:
- Can't buy anymore weapons...
- !style still doesn't work
- can't sell weapons
- when typing details in bandit don't see anymore the total of the weapons I own...

still testing...:/

Sure...but actually it seems to work..it's just seems that I don't receive a confirmation message that the transaction is done...
For the sell fonction I tried it again wondering the prob was the same but my score is still the same after selling my weapons :( so I guess it doesn't ork :((((

auto save will only work for ptokax beta releases and above when release,

for td4 and below you have to save manually

tried 2 or 3 different links on the first page.....get the samething everytime......it takes me to a lycos page and then redirects me to another and says access denied....

each time i add a new beta release the point is for beta testing, so only the latest releases of it wil be downloadable, 1.08 is latest download that one

atm you cant, but ive added a bank so u can sell style point to regain coins and win some from bandit, there will also be other opertunities, to gain coins, but still working on it, im having problems with ptokax atm, keep giving shitty error saying not able to resolve hostname and fking up :((

a user gets 50 coins right off the bat,
if he spends it all, he is then allowed to keep
spinning, even though he has no money,...is it
possible to tell the user:
"sorry you have spent your wad, you should not have been so greedy...lol...talk to an Op to see how you can earn more money."


and how does a user earn more money?...maybe give the ops ability to grant the users money...

this is also fixed, but i think maybe if someone types insert word then it causes weird error, i will get right on it, meanwhile nay other bugs or sugestions and ill get right on them as i scripting mood :)

ok ive had some ideas, so you will be able to add your own weapons with simplicity

it will be sumit like

weaponname|command|cost|style|and some others

shotgun|disconnect|300|400

or

shotgun|ban$2|300|400

or something like this

ban$2 is timeban for 2 mins, so this cud go wrong so we'll see, dont get ur hopes to high ;)

EDIT and one more thing, you will need to add a file for the phrases it will say for that weapon

shotgun|disconnect|300|400|shotgun.txt

inside will be sumit like

[ARG] has just blew [USER]'s head off
[ARG] has just used his shotgun to splat [USER]'s head all over the hub-wall


etc etc ;)

right, i have looked over this, and by looking i can see its going to be alot easier and cleaner for be to rewrite from scratch, so i will be moving the main commands to main chat, ie login will become w.login, etc

the script started off as Slot Machine, but its no longer much of a slot machine so maybe change the slot to war ;)

Ok you guys I am using the latest Bandit 1.09 and ive read through all of the posts here. Let me start by saying this appears to be an awesome game lol tossing bricks and pies = good fun, but i think ive missed something somewhere.

I have tried to use the bank and the read me file has no commands and one more thing lol how do you get more coins hahaha its driving me crazy, the only way that i have figured is to reset the scripts. Plus i cant figure out how to sell the style points....
 
I must have missed something somewhere if any one here could please help me out i would be as well as all those in my hub would be in debt for life lol.

I use PtokaX td 4 if that helps any.

nothing for certain atm, if i manage to get back n continue Gekko, then maybe i can start updating these other scripts, i think main thing putting me off is, changing it to lua5 once it all changes, no point writing full scripts then having to change everything again... but i duno...i might try get some time.......
