Client Having Serious Problems

Hi Guys ,

i Created a Hub With PTokaX on our WAN , But some Users are Having this Error

Connecting to na33m.myftp.org...
[02:01:08] *** A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.


now how do i solve this problem , Some Users are able to Connect but some aren't  ???
and i am running this hub on DNS/No-ip.com ( Can it be any of a Problem , but if it is why other users are able to connect , )
