script to block .us

hi all i forgot my user and pass so i will write under this one ,,,urrrrrrr,
I really need a script that blocks users from one country lets say usa but there is one ip or lets say i dont know what it is but .
ok i have not static ip so i use no-ip.com to take care of that i just put lets say " little puppy.no-ip.com " in the active line in dc++ and then i always have the right ip.
so i need a script that blocks all from usa but not one ip. it may not send message to main chat ond not be wisable in window.

Try to search for a Range IPs or a IP-BOT script ist here somewhere. Search first then ask :)

of course I have searched all over the world for this script.
there are a lot of ip script but not isp script I do not need ip bot.
 I neen isp bot that blocks isp not ip.

but now I really need that blocks all connections from "us".
