PM from txt file on connect

I need simple script that send PM to user on connect, but txt in pm is taken from txt.file, it would be great if it could pm mulitole txt files, like

send pm
first part of pm = "c:\path\text_1.txt"
second part of pm = "c:\path\text_2.txt"

Can you be a little more clear on your request, you want a script to send various texts on the connected to all users ?? or only some users ??

yes, i need a script that sends text from txt file to every user that connects to hub, (messede in new window)
