not only in theory but truly this would work, im looking for a script that will limit the following with a second related basis so

My Infos / ?

Searches / ?

Mainchat / ?

Nicklist / ?

By limiting these per amount of seconds it would not only remove strain for the hub but also let the hub MC not lag, use less bandwidth, and hold more users
