hi again, Is it possible for someone to create a bot that is like a time announcer, but.

I need it to beable to have the things announced to be edited by certain people using a command !update.

Also I would like an on/off command when announcer is turned off then it gives a message stating that ie . 'nothing to announce'.

a command so a user can bring up the announcement, If the announcer is off it has a message stating that.

Basically I have 5 people running radio stations for hub and I would like them to beable to say which live show they will be running and announce it. the announcer will popup every 5 to 10 minutes while radio is live, then the person can turn announcer off. If there is no live station the announcer when a command is used will say that there is none running.....

its a rhcp live station for the people in the hub to hear quality of shows and stuff
