no and it would take a lot of resources, but there is a simple solution 2 this.
use a badword script and stuff in words which are in all the languages but english.
and you can also use chars which are not in the english alphabet, the same script can kick them.

i don't know if this applies too chat text ,  i heard something about CRC's matching languages, tho i can hardly understand how, since crc is very short.

I think a quantization is more representive tho,
