clientside MAX SLOTS, and MAX HUBS check

thats what im looking for, i know that it can be done from the server...but the server isnt in my PC and not always can use vnc with it.

something like that can be done via IDC i guess. although I personally hate that since it unnecessarily spams the hub, should be done server side.

doing it client side add some problems.
for example you need 2 teach the scripts what level a user is as every1 is a user the moment they login.
and beside this ptokax has those checks build-in, maby you like those.
