How can I make Hublist config list ???

Anyone know how the hublists config are generate ?
is a program or a spider that scan de internet or something.
i have a hub and I'd like to have my own hublist config and this list to be updatded automaticaly by the scripts

I try to be at dreamlands and hublists list, dreamlands is autoreg in ptokax, but hublist is whole other story, after registry he send out pinger at regular intervals, and if pinger dont likes, I am no longer on hublist :(
So go to this page and register and tick box for reg at dreamland, and it should be all I guess, unless You want some specific list : )
