Need .. FRee. Slots for ops even if all slots are full !!!

hey guys .. is there ne script through which the operators can get free slots from all users in the hub even though all the slots of the user are full ..... please need this 1 ..... thnx in advance

This type of thing can;t be done by script. However, clients based on DC++ should have slots available for filelists even if all slots are in use.
