unregistered in profile manager, ignore op hubs, and !showprofiles

I would like to see a profile for unregistered users in the Profile Manager, so we can choose what to allow that profile to do.
Also an option to ignore Op hubs for the Max hubs and Hub / Slot ratio parts.

A !showprofiles command would be nice, to show what profiles are available.

I just figured it should be an inbuilt command though, since without it,  it's impossible to tell what profiles you can use for
!addreguser <nick> <password> <profile>
for hubs where they have actually modified the profiles.
