I?m searching for a simple Script, which sends a textfile to any new users after connect.

I need this one, because i want want send DC++ my UserCommands.

Anyone here can do this? ?(

very fast answer:) I have tried to find one. But I didnt find anyone. Mybe is overread it *g*
But I search longer a way, to do the commands like Rules or help and other into the userlist, but nothing works:((
After all, Im not really can write Lua:(
