redirect on advertising

im looking for a script doing the following...
1st if someone says in main come to "johan.no-ip.org" for example (non existend as far as i know lol)
then he has to get a Warning for example don't advertise in here. next step redirect the users to the addres he said.
2nd a few days ago in my hub there where over 500 users with a nick wich has an advertisement (ive got a max 250 hub) but they yust entered very easy and i couldn't kick them is there a way if someone has an adrres in his nick he will get a message and wil be redirected to the hub he mentioned ????
and if its possible can there be an option included, redirekting is only possible if youre nick is included is\n some cind of list cause one of my ops redirected whitout my permission....

hmmmm...  hope someone has some ideas
don't need a complete script suggestions (and parts of scripts) are even better so i can make my own script and learn LUA better

There are many scripts of anti-pub just make a search in this forum, i would recommend you to use the nightlitch anti-pub that is in the finished scripts section.
