Allow Download (from my client) ONLY to certain users... Bot needed

Well then...

I have 2 types of users in my hub. Standard users and members (indicated by a tag).

To save my bandwith i would like a script that blocks downloadattempts of non-member users from me.

Can this be done?

a quick search of the forums and i found this THREAD.
It Blocks uploads based on profile.. it could be modded
for your needs pretty easily.

well the script works fine...

BUT...


I wanted a script that blocks all this only for me. In other words i want to allow downloads from me only for Members with our tag. All other users should not be able to download from me unless i allow them via command.

Why?

Well i am the hubowner/hoster and need to conserve my precious bandwith.

Can you/someone alter this script accordingly?

I am using DCPRO and am Master (0) in my hub. I put myself onto the blocklist and allowed ONE user to download from me but eberyone still can download from me!

i thought the whole point of sharing in hubs on dc was to share!
 if you want only certain users to download make them favorites and give them auto-slot,!
then they get 1st rights to d/l i now this feature is available in dc++ and dc++ mods
